AMANDA WOLFSON, PSY.D.

Dr. Wolfson graduated with her Master in Science degrees (2016; 2018) and Doctor of Psychology degree (2021) from Nova Southeastern University. During her training, she specialized in working in the field of trauma and with underserved populations. She completed a year at NSU’s Trauma Resolution and Integration Program, as well as two years in correctional and forensic settings providing individual therapy, group therapy, and conduction forensic evaluations for those seeking asylum. She volunteered on mission trips to provide services to areas that had been impacted by natural disasters, and completed her internship with Broward Sheriff’s Office, providing individual and group therapy to individuals housed on the mental health units of North Broward Bureau. Upon graduating, she dedicated her post-doctoral residency experience to focusing on providing therapy for those impacted by trauma, anxiety, major life transitions, and relationships, as well as conducting neuropsychological evaluations with adults and older adults presenting with neurocognitive disorders and neurodevelopmental disorders.

Dr. Wolfson is passionate about her work and aims to provide a safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental space for her clients. She provides services in English and Spanish.
